1) Project Process
- We begin by understanding client needs in detail.
- An outline of the work is shared and confirmed with the client.
- A written agreement is then prepared and finalized.
- All official communication is done through email for record-keeping.
2) Payment Terms
- Clients must pay 30% advance at the time of confirming the project.
- The remaining balance must be paid in full before the final delivery.
- All invoices and receipts will be provided digitally via email.
3) Delivery Policy
- Project delivery timelines will be clearly mentioned in the agreement.
- If there is any delay from our side, we will inform the client in advance.
- Delivery is considered complete once the final product is handed over and approved as per the agreed scope.
4) Cancellation Policy
- Once an agreement is signed and work has started, cancellation is only possible if there is scope for it.
- Final decision for approval/rejection of cancellation requests rests with ZiyaTech Solutions.
- In case of cancellation after project initiation, the advance payment will not be refunded.
5) Modifications & Change Requests
- Any post-agreement modifications must be requested via email as soon as possible.
- We will assess feasibility, cost impact, and timeline adjustments before confirming the change.
- If changes are outside the agreed scope, additional charges may apply.
6) Support Policy
- Support and maintenance are provided strictly as per the agreement signed at the start of the project.
- For ongoing support, clients can contact us via email, phone, or the official Contact Page.
7) Final Notes
- All terms, timelines, and conditions are subject to the signed agreement between the client and ZiyaTech Solutions.
- By engaging with our services, the client agrees to comply with these policies.
